Comvox Co is currently seeking a dedicated Marketing Assistant to support our marketing department. The ideal candidate will assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, research initiatives, and internal communications while ensuring projects are completed on time and in alignment with our branding strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies and campaigns
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing plans
Coordinate marketing materials, promotional events, and product launches
Monitor marketing performance metrics and assist in preparing reports
Maintain organized records of marketing projects and activities
Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors when necessary
Support the preparation of presentations and marketing documents
Assist in the coordination of trade shows and other events
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with basic marketing principles and analytics
