Position Summary for the Maintenance Technician Automation Technician Controls Technician:
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician, Automation Technician, Controls Technician. There are multiple opportunities specializing in multiple different industries and will be specializing in different equipment.
Maintain or Perform Controls on Equipment ranging from: Injection Molding Presses, Stamping Presses, CNC Machines, Conveyors, Sensors, Vision Systems, Photo Eyes, Cameras, Sensors and Robotic Equipment (ABB, Fanuc, KUKA, Panasonic, OTC, Motoman and More) Applications: Welding, Pick N Place, Material Handling, Paint, Resiatnce Welding, Sealing and More)
Software Ranges Between: Allen Bradley, Siemens V7, RS Logic 5000, Studio Logic 5000, Omron, Mitsubishi or Others
Shift Times for this Position:
1st Shift: 6:00AM to 2:30PM (8 Hour Days) and 6:00AM to 4:30PM (10 Hour Days) must be open to working up until 4:30 when needed. - (Monday – Friday & day on Saturday)
2nd Shift (Flexible Start Time): 2:30PM – 4:30PM to 10:30PM – 2:30AM (Varies Between Start time and if we are working 8 Hours or 10 Hours) - (Monday – Friday & day on Saturday)
3rd Shift (Flexible Start Time: 9:30PM-11:30PM to 5:30AM-7:30AM (Varies Between Start time and if we are working 8 Hours or 10 Hours) - (Monday – Friday & day on Saturday)
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Maintain or Perform Controls on Equipment ranging from: Injection Molding Presses, Stamping Presses, CNC Machines, Conveyors, Sensors, Vision Systems, Photo Eyes, Cameras, Sensors and Robotic Equipment (ABB, Fanuc, KUKA, Panasonic, OTC, Motoman and More) Applications: Welding, Pick N Place, Material Handling, Paint, Resiatnce Welding, Sealing and More)
Software Ranges Between: Allen Bradley, Siemens V7, RS Logic 5000, Studio Logic 5000, Omron, Mitsubishi or Others
Mechanical Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance, Hydraulic or Pneumatic
Capable of reading logic, editing logic, troubleshooting, debugging and if capable of programming from scratch is a plus
Use blueprints and schematics, and print specifications to wire new or used equipment, install and replace components
Repair machinery to satisfy all specifications, manufacturer’s requirements, and all applicable codes; Repair equipment using a range of diagnostic tools
Collect input from operators, techs, and supervisors, to troubleshoot and evaluate the work order
Troubleshooting, Debugging and Preventative Maintenance
Machine start-ups: Assist in all initial start-up of machinery, test all functions, safety devices, and verify that machine performs properly
Obtain work order and necessary parts and tools to complete repair and/or work order
Participate and implement process improvement suggestions to support continuous improvement
Welding, Fitting and Fabricating experience
Manual Machining
Compensation Range:
Hourly: $35.00 to $50.00
Time and a Half of Hourly Range after 40 Hours
Double Time pf Hourly Range on Sundays
