Plans, directs, or coordinates the distribution or movement of HVAC product/sheet metal to the customer
Resolves customer complaints regarding sales
Plans and directs staffing and training to develop and control sales
Determine price schedules and discount rates
Reviews operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability
Monitors customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
Prepares budgets and approves budget expenditures
Consults with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on equipment and customer specifications
Confers with potential customers regarding equipment and metal needs and advises customers on types of purchase
Advises customers on types of purchase needsQUALIFICATIONS:
HVAC knowledge and/or HVAC experience
Bi-lingual (Spanish and Enlish)SALARY RANGE:
$50,000 - $75,000 plus sales commission
Full-time
