Position Overview:
We are seeking a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Junior Developer to join our Intelligent Automation Services (IAS) team. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, analytical, and imaginative—capable of automating structured business processes currently performed manually. This individual should possess a solid foundation in software development, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain automation bots that interact with internal and external systems.
Participate in process design sessions with Business Analysts to assess feasibility and identify automation opportunities.
Create and maintain technical documentation including Solution Description Documents (SDDs)
Support and troubleshoot deployed bots to ensure ongoing performance and reliability.
Follow established software engineering practices, version control, and configuration management protocols.
Participate in structured code reviews and provide constructive peer feedback.
Adhere to best practices throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance. (This is a firm requirement.)
3+ years of relevant software development experience using object-oriented programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, Python).
Hands-on experience developing automation bots using UiPath or similar RPA tools.
Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and SDLC methodologies.
Experience working in a customer-facing or collaborative team environment
