Sway Creative Labs ( is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Digital Producer to join our collaborative team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives at the intersection of project management, client relations, and digital innovation. You'll be responsible for shepherding engaging digital experiences from concept to launch while ensuring seamless execution across our various digital platforms and client needs.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience managing digital projects within an agency or client-side setting
Comprehensive understanding of the digital project lifecycle from brief to launch
Hands-on experience writing documentation, creating estimates, and crafting detailed schedules
Strong familiarity with digital design and development processes
Proficiency in project management software; experience with Hive is preferred but not required, and familiarity with other tools like Smartsheets is beneficial
Knowledge of accessibility standards such as ADA tier AA is highly desirable
Experience with both single-page microsites and large CMS-driven websites
Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Occasional travel and attendance required in office and on set
Core Responsibilities:
Lead project meetings with staff, clients, and vendors, proactively anticipating next steps, timing, and resources needed to navigate a project's cycle
Serve as a responsive, knowledgeable, and courteous conduit between our clients and internal team members
Define project scopes, schedules, and estimates based on creative briefs, data, and insights
Collaborate with creative and development teams to translate client objectives into achievable digital solutions
Maintain detailed schedules that target milestone dates and afford appropriate review and revision time
Conduct periodic check-ins on larger projects to ensure incremental progress and proactively address potential issues
Update client status sheets to ensure all project deliverables are progressing as intended
Set strong examples of project management best practices, including detailed task descriptions, meeting agendas, and thorough follow-up
Manage project budgets effectively, tracking actuals against estimations
Contribute strategic insights and ideas that enhance client goals and improve internal processes
Stay current with digital trends and technologies to ensure our work remains innovative and effective
Benefits:
Remote Work Affordance. For the duration of your employment at Sway, except in instances of occasional and pre-scheduled in-person meetings, and wherein your attendance is needed on set, this role will be 100% remote
15 Paid Vacation Days. Days reset at your start date and do not roll over. You'll have the ability to withdraw a negative balance of up to 5 days, and you begin the year with your days already afforded
17 Paid Holidays. Your Birthday, New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, the Monday after the Super Bowl, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Juneteenth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and week between Christmas Eve and New Year's Day
Two-Hour Windows. So long as the privilege is not abused, we offer each employee 2-hour leave windows at the beginning (9am - 11am EST) and end of the workday (3pm - 5pm) to tend to any appointments like unexpected child care challenges, doctor's visits, home maintenance, etc. that do not count against your allotted paid time off
Health Plan. All employees are eligible to enroll in one of (3) Group Optima Health Plans; with Sway covering 80% of employee's cost and 50% of your dependents
Dental Insurance. Sway pays 100% of employee's United Concordia Dental Plan
Yearly bonuses. Unless otherwise stated, you will be eligible to receive a year-end bonus based on your performance, to be determined in Sway's full discretion. Payment of bonuses is on the second paycheck of November each year. Additional bonuses may be awarded throughout the year based on your own (including your efforts in generating new business via your own relationships) and the company's performance, to be determined at Sway's discretion
Retirement Benefits. Sway's 401K policy offers a solid foundation for your retirement planning; we match your contributions at a 1:1 rate for the first 3% of your pay, and then add an extra $0.50 for each dollar you contribute on the following 2% of your pay
