Job Description
We are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to become a part of our organization! You will efficiently manage and direct new and renewal personal lines business between Producer/Team in order to maintain and nurture new and existing client relationships.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained.
Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients, and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty.
Implement strategies for retaining customers requesting to terminate or downgrade their account.
Record changes to customer accounts, updating service packages, adding accounts, and removing accounts as needed.
Review and maintain accuracy within client database system while managing endorsements, FR-19 requests, correspondence, invoicing and billing.
Liaison with producer - expanding book as well as cross sell within existing book.
Qualifications:
Previous insurance experience (Personal Lines).
EPIC/Applied experience preferred.
Deadline and detail oriented.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must have active P&C Maryland License.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
Fast paced and multi-tasking.
Experience:
