Painting estimator - Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Painting Estimator - Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation

Allocate resources for assigned projects

Supervise onsite personnel

Interface with project superintendents, contractors, architects, and clients

Negotiate with contractors

Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

Previous experience in paint estimating- Project managing

Familiarity with estimating software

Strong leadership qualities

Strong negotiation skills
