About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment and are interested in learning more about the world of wine and food. No prior knowledge of wine is needed! Responsibilities:
Turks Head Wines Servers are responsible for creating an elevated and memorable guest experience through:
Exceptional Service – Anticipating and exceeding guest expectations with warmth and professionalism
Food & Wine Knowledge – Understanding food ingredients, preparation techniques, allergens, and basic wine pairings
(Our team of Wine Educators/Sommeliers will guide deeper wine discussions)
Team Collaboration – Working well with front and back-of-house teams in a fast-paced environment
Adaptability – Embracing new systems and service steps as we grow
Daily tasks may include:
Reviewing reservations
Taking and entering orders
Opening, presenting, and pouring wine
Running food and beverages
Preparing checks and handling payments
Cleaning and resetting of tables
Supporting hosts, wine educators, and kitchen staff as needed
Qualifications & Skills
Energetic, positive, and team-oriented
Passion for hospitality and guest experience
Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
Familiarity with food handling and hospitality industry standards
21+ years of age
Able to lift 40 lbs and stand/walk/talk for extended periods
Must be available on weekends
Must adhere to PLCB/RAMP safe alcohol service practices
Position Details
Job Type: Part-time or Full-time (20–30 hours/week expected)
Shifts: Day, evening, and night shifts available
Location: In-person at 120 N Church St., West Chester, PA 19380
