Job Description
Now hiring Wax/Plastic Injection workers for a manufacturing company in Mentor 1st and 2nd shifts.
1st shift: 5am – 1:30pm OR 6am – 2:30pm.
2nd shift: 3:30pm – 12am OR 2:30pm – 11pm.
Weekly pay ranging between $15 - $18.50 per hour, depending on experience.
The Wax/Plastic Injection worker is responsible for the safe operation of wax and plastic injection machinery to produce patterns to manufacturer specifications.
Job Duties:
Set up machinery and load materials based on work order directions.
Input correct machine settings, including temperature, and monitor performance.
Remove finished patterns from machinery and inspect for quality.
Maintain accurate inventory counts of materials to avoid overages/shortages.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations by removing trash and debris.
Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance as needed.
Keep accurate documentation of product inspections and machine use.
Any other task requested by a supervisor.
Requirements:
Previous experience with plastic or wax molding.
Previous aerospace facility experience is a plus.
