Job Description

WE TRAIN

We are hiring Men (to support men) and Women (to support both men and women)

Training STIPEND is provided. $15 /hr., PTO, and retirement savings plan.

Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide support services to Individuals with Autism and Intellectual Developmental Disabilities.

DSPs will assist Individuals throughout their day. This includes personal care (ADLs), cooking, light cleaning, and daily activities in the home and the community.

Responsibilities:

Assist and engage Individuals with daily living activities

Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties

Collaborate with Individuals and families for the best care opportunities

Maintain a healthy, comfortable, and safe living environment

Assist with medication administration

Keep composure in challenging situations

Qualifications:

High School Diploma /GED

Valid Driver's License A PLUS

Experience in personal care or other related field is A PLUS

Compassionate and caring demeanor

Able to follow basic policy and procedures

Able to work collectively in a team environment

Able to build rapport with individuals and co-workers

Good written and verbal skills

Communicate effectively in a team environment

Punctuality and dependability are A MUST
