Minerals Acquisition / Leasing Phone Sales Experience

Job Description

We are looking for an Experienced Phone Sales Associate that has direct to consumer phone sales experience (not B2B). This person will also be meeting clients in person, when necessary. Previous experience selling financial products and/or leasing minerals is a plus. We are looking for someone who is driven, learns fast and who is results oriented.

This position has a high ceiling - The perfect candidate for this role is someone who is not satisfied with mediocrity or "good-enough". We are looking for a salesperson with a strong appetite and who will continually strive to earn more.

Responsibilities:

Foster relationships with mineral rights owners - converts them into sellers.

Follow-up with potential leads.

Maintain comprehensive notes in Salesforce.

Develop a deep understanding of the industry and common objections.

Skills:

MS Office, Salesforce knowledge a +, phone sales, high achieving, self-driven

Requirements:

Direct to consumer phone sales experience preferred.

Compensation:

$50,000.00 to $500,000.00 with commission.Company Description
