As a HVAC Maintenance Technician at McDonald's, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our restaurants operate smoothly and efficiently.

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain the physical integrity of our McDonald's restaurants. The HVAC Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the repair and maintenance of restaurant equipment, facilities, and systems.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance and service repairs on kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and other restaurant facilities.

Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs in a timely manner to minimize downtime.

Complete preventative maintenance tasks according to schedules and company standards.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines while performing maintenance activities.

Communicate effectively with restaurant managers and staff regarding maintenance issues and repair status.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and service reports.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in a restaurant or similar environment.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and refrigeration systems.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
