Recovery Resources is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive mental and behavioral health services. We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Supervisor for our First Call Program.

This unique, community-based opportunity focuses on providing immediate support to individuals in crisis through de-escalation and stabilization techniques. Our goal is to minimize immediate risks, prevent harm, and reduce unnecessary involvement from first responders, emergency departments, and inpatient hospitalizations. Developed in partnership with the Shaker Heights Police and Fire Departments, this program is designed to respond to crisis in tandem with emergency services, ensuring a coordinated approach to crisis intervention.

Some essential functions of this position include overseeing the daily workflow of the First Call team; providing ongoing feedback and updates; training and developing staff; assisting clinical supervision and managing program needs; and providing direct service and linkage to services.

Minimum Qualifications

Master's degree in social work/sciences or related field

Independent License Required (LISW)

Minimum of 4 years of direct service experience with the mentally ill, children, adolescents and/or adults in a mental health setting with high-risk cases with a minimum 2 years post licensure as a supervisor in a healthcare setting

Knowledge of DSM-5 TR and diagnostic criteria

Valid OH driver's license
