We are looking for a Program Manager to join our client's team to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive strategic outcomes across our organization. This individual will serve as a trusted partner and team leader, overseeing large programs from planning through execution to ensure goals are met within established timelines and budgets.

Create and Innovate. You will advocate for best practices and process improvements, consistently aiming to create an exceptional client experience. You'll use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to tackle new and evolving challenges. Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of project management and/or continuous improvement experience.
Proven experience leading medium to large cross-functional and/or multi-year projects from concept to delivery.
Deep knowledge of program management methodologies, tools, and structured processes.
Ability to guide and inspire others in a consultative, collaborative manner.
Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels of leadership.
Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
Demonstrated learning agility, critical thinking, and the ability to apply concepts in new situations.
Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative, matrixed team environment.
Experienced in coaching and mentoring less experienced team members.
Brings industry knowledge to client solutions and applies best practices through consultative engagement.
Maintains focus and delivers effectively under pressure.
Self-starter with strong initiative and outcome-oriented mindset.
Highly detail-oriented and process-focused.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with FinancialForce, Anaplan, Confluence, or similar tools is a plus. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the Human Capital Management (HCM) industry and/or payroll systems.
Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PHR, SPHR, CCP, CBP, HCS, or other recognized credentials.
Knowledge of Agentic AI, machine learning, or agentic workflows.
