Release Train Engineer - Contractor

Must-have skill requirements of the role:

Oversee and enhance the flow of value through the ART, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and effective delivery of outcomes.

Contribute to the advancement and improvement of agile practices within the ART, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

Coach Scrum Masters to deepen their teams' understanding of Agile principles and facilitate ART ceremonies, including PI Planning, ART Sync, and program backlog refinement.

Identify, escalate, and track impediments while managing risks and dependencies to ensure smooth execution and alignment with ART and portfolio strategies.

Monitor and track ART metrics, utilizing data to drive continuous improvement initiatives and assist with Epic estimation as necessary. Qualifications:

6-8 years of experience in Agile methodologies, with a strong understanding of Lean-Agile principles and practices.

Exceptional facilitation skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders effectively.

Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor teams, Scrum Masters, and leaders in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.

Strong data experience, with the ability to analyze metrics and drive decisions based on insights to improve ART performance.

Experience in managing risks, dependencies, and sequencing across teams, ensuring alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
