Magnetic Creative is a global growth agency headquartered in
Temecula, California. Since 2006, we’ve partnered with brands across
a range of industries—primarily consumer packaged goods (CPG)—to
deliver strategy, creative production, growth marketing, and full-scale
content solutions. We’re a team of storytellers, strategists, and
makers, and we’re looking for a seasoned Video Producer to
join our expanding in-house team.
The Role
As a Video Producer, you will work closely with the U.S. Head of
Video Production to support content creation across all stages of
production. Your responsibilities will include planning and scoping
shoots, booking vendors such as talent and hair & makeup, and help
with overseeing post-production workflows to ensure that all content is
delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative
environment and who can confidently navigate a range of production
types—from food-focused tabletop shoots to lifestyle-driven brand
campaigns. This is an on-site role in our Temecula office with hybrid
flexibility. Travel will be required for certain shoots and client
engagements.
Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of video content production—from preproduction
logistics to final delivery.
Collaborate with in-house creatives, cinematographers, editors, and
strategists to align production with creative goals.
Source and manage vendors like food stylists, talent, hair & makeup,
etc.
Manage production budgets, timelines, and deliverables
Conduct location scouting and location booking, handle minor set
dressing, basic food/wardrobe styling as needed
Support on-location and studio shoots, helping bring the creative
vision to life with precision.
Maintain a resourceful, solution-oriented approach to problem solving
Help scale production processes and develop repeatable systems for
content creation
Utilize ClickUp for project tracking, resourcing, and approvals
(experience a plus)
Qualifications
3–5+ years of hands-on experience producing commercial, branded,
or digital video content
Demonstrated ability to lead or plan shoots, manage crews, and
deliver high-quality content across formats
Strong understanding of pre-production planning, shoot logistics, and
post-production workflows
Existing network of trusted contractors and vendors in Southern
California
Resourceful, organized, and adaptable in both large and small-scale
productions
Comfortable wearing many hats, from talent wrangling to prop
shopping when needed
Food production experience is a major plus
Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools is a plus

Compensation:
Base Salary between $75,000 and $95,000 depending on experience.
