The Ayer Shirley Regional School District is seeking a transformative instructional leader to support the continued growth of our K-5, Lura A White Elementary School. Family and community engagement with the school is high, with numerous community-based events as well as a committed and supportive Parent Teacher Organization (PTO). While we are at the beginning of our inclusive practices journey, we take a great deal of pride in providing an excellent, well-rounded, positive, and inclusive education for all students. For a small school, we have a tremendous amount of offerings and support for all students. We have also forged other community partnerships, such as with the high school for student interns, our extended day program, and the Ayer Shirley Education Foundation, to provide support for students, parents, and teachers, emphasizing our commitment to the development of the whole child and the pursuit of excellence.
