Job Title: Contract Specialist
Pay: $22.00/hour Weekly Pay
Location: Onsite – Dublin, OH
Start Date: ASAP, pending onboarding
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Standard Business Hours (Onsite 5 days/week)

As part of the Global Sourcing team, you'll support key strategic initiatives by reviewing sourcing agreements, performing contract and system audits, and driving project deliverables that enhance enterprise value, innovation, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Review Global Sourcing agreements for key legal terms and conditions to support critical enterprise projects.
Conduct contract and system audits to ensure accurate and up-to-date information within the contracting system.
Identify discrepancies and lead efforts to resolve and implement corrective actions.
Deliver timely and clear status updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and maintaining strong attention to detail.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, identify process gaps, and implement sustainable improvements.
Contribute to the documentation and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to contracts and systems.
Skills & Qualifications
Technical & Functional Skills:
Ability to read and interpret legal agreements and identify key elements and compliance requirements.
Experience with contract systems and data accuracy verification processes.
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Prior experience with document review and contract lifecycle management preferred.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Education & Additional Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or higher degree preferred.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in contracts, sourcing, legal support, or a similar administrative role preferred.
