At Crown Data Systems, we deliver transportation management software (TMS) that helps trucking companies specializing in air freight and local cartage streamline dispatching, tracking, billing, customer communication, and more. Our software is purpose-built for the first and final mile, with direct integrations to leading freight forwarders that enhance visibility and operational efficiency.
As a Customer Relationship Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of entry-level Crown Express customers. You'll be responsible for implementation, driving adoption, solving problems, and uncovering growth opportunities within your accounts. You'll collaborate closely with our Sr. Regional Sales Managers and Support team to deliver an exceptional experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Success & Retention: Serve as the main point of contact for Crown Express accounts. Guide customers through implementation, ensure product adoption, and proactively manage ongoing relationships.
Upsell & Expansion: Identify and close opportunities to grow accounts through additional users, features, and service add-ons.
Customer Education: Provide product training and share best practices to help customers get the most out of the Crown Express platform.
Health Monitoring: Track customer usage and engagement, flag risks early, and take action to retain accounts and boost satisfaction.
Reporting & Communication: Maintain accurate account data in Salesforce. Prepare and present regular updates on account performance, upsells, and retention metrics to sales leadership.
Team Collaboration: Work with Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure customers have what they need for long-term success.

Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years of B2B account management, customer success, or sales experience
Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
Tools: Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
Industry Knowledge: Experience in software, transportation, or logistics is a plus
