Position: EPM Associate - Consultant (At least 1 year long contract)

Overview:

Join a dynamic team supporting the fundraising and client service activities for U.S.-based evergreen investment products across private equity, infrastructure, and real estate. This role plays a vital part in cross-team collaboration and operational support, offering exposure to various strategic initiatives and room for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate across internal teams such as Fund Operations, Business Development, Legal, and Tax & Structuring, as well as with external stakeholders like investors and service providers.

Compile and maintain up-to-date materials for data rooms to support due diligence and investor onboarding processes.

Coordinate and contribute to the preparation of responses for RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and other investor-facing documents.

Assist with gathering and organizing information used in presentations and marketing materials tailored to distributors and clients.

Support the Private Wealth Management and Capital Raising teams in executing fundraising strategies and maintaining investor service workflows.

Monitor fundraising activities and update reports, dashboards, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to reflect progress and next steps.

Help prepare internal decision-making documentation and materials for governance meetings or senior leadership reviews.

Track client inquiries and ensure accurate documentation and follow-up, helping distribute best practices across global fundraising teams.

Conduct market research and gather intelligence on peer firms to inform strategy and positioning.

Serve as a point of coordination for cross-functional communications, keeping workstreams aligned and timelines on track.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Strong writer with the ability to convert complex investment terminology into clear, investor-ready content.

Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environment.

Detail-oriented and highly organized, with solid project coordination skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Prior experience working on DDQs, RFPs, or investor reporting in asset management or financial services is preferred.

Exposure to evergreen or private wealth-focused investment products is a plus.

Familiarity with automation tools for RFPs or CRM/database management is beneficial.

Team player who thrives in cross-functional settings and enjoys building processes and improving workflows.
