Veritium is seeking to add a Level 1 Coud Specialist to support our client facing projects and deployments. This is a client facing role to support and triage client alerts on a helpdesk system.
Candidate must have an existing AWS foundation level certification. Candidate should have experience with a basic AWS understanding of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, and IAM

This is a full-time position onsite at our Pennsylvania location, or remotely for exceptional candidates. Direct offshore candidates will be considered. Position is hourly with a choice of fixed hourly shift.
Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Lead Level 1 customer contact
Manage, resolve and support tickets
Provide project support as assigned
Shift work is required
Support Customer Success Management (CSM) efforts to maintain and expand customer environments as needed
Experience: 2-3 Years of Entry level cloud position. Understanding of Networking, Systems, AWS or Azure cloud platforms required. Foundation accreditation is highly recommended.
Certification: Foundational Accreditation and Associate Level Certification
Typical AWS and Azure Cloud Skills:
AWS: Basic understanding of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, and IAM.
Azure: Basic understanding of Azure services such as Virtual Machines, Blob Storage, SQL Database, Functions, Virtual Network, and Azure Active Directory.
