Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Mid-Level Application Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to driving automation, software development, data analysis, Salesforce integration, and application support across a variety of technical projects. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in Application development and support, blending strong technical skills with the ability to analyze business processes, develop software solutions, and provide application support. You will work with web technologies like Node.js and React, Power Platform, and Salesforce to build robust solutions and streamline business workflows.
Responsibilities:
Software Development: Develop, test, and maintain software applications using web technologies such as Node.js, React, and SQL. Focus on building reliable, scalable, and user-friendly solutions for business needs.
Automation & Workflow Optimization: Leverage Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) to build automated solutions that optimize business workflows, reduce manual tasks, and enhance efficiency.
Salesforce Integration & Configuration: Manage Salesforce integrations, including data synchronization, custom configurations, and optimizing Salesforce workflows to meet business needs.
Application Support: Provide ongoing support for applications, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation of both legacy and new systems. Collaborate with teams to resolve software-related challenges.
System Integration & Optimization: Assist with the integration of various systems, including Salesforce, Power BI, and Power Platform, to improve business processes and data flow.
Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical solutions using both standard and custom software tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals and business strategies.
Continuous Improvement: Keep up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve the performance and functionality of systems.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Application development and support, with a focus on web development, data analysis, Power Platform, Salesforce configuration/integration.
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in software development, including proficiency in Node.js, React, and SQL for both backend and frontend development.
Experience with Salesforce, including configuration, customization, and system integrations (e.g., APEX, REST/SOAP APIs, third-party integrations).
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Experience in providing application support, including troubleshooting issues, optimizing applications, and resolving user-reported problems.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality, reliable solutions.
Preferred Skills:
Advanced Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer).
Familiarity with additional business intelligence tools or platforms.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and best practices in software development.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and data warehousing concepts.
