Description:
Seeking a friendly and organized receptionist to support the front office. You'll greet visitors, handle calls, and provide general clerical support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and direct visitors
Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system
Take messages and forward voicemails
Handle filing, photocopying, and other admin tasks
Maintain a professional and welcoming environment
May need to lift/move up to 10 lbs occasionally

Proficient in Microsoft Office
