Computer Aided Design Technician

Our client is hiring for a Structural BIM Designer with high-level Revit skills to join the Fort Lauderdale team! You'll lead the development of detailed structural models, coordinate across disciplines, and contribute to high impact building projects.

What You'll Do

Create accurate Revit models for structural systems (concrete, steel, CMU, wood)

Produce framing plans, elevations, details, and schedules

Coordinate with architectural and MEP models

Build and customize Revit families (including parametric types)

Support teams with 3D visuals, sections, and special condition views

Maintain organized project documentation and meet key deadlines

What You Bring

Proficiency in Revit and structural drafting best practices.

Strong grasp of building systems and multi-discipline coordination.

Attention to detail, strong communication, and a proactive mindset.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality output.

Experience customizing Revit environments is a plus.
