Qualifications
Minimum Associate Degree; BS or BA degree is preferred
Business-to-Business customer service experience preferred but not required; will train motivated candidates
Must be organized, exhibit excellent time management skills and comfortable in a fast-paced business environment
Exceptional Customer Service skills
Excellent verbal & written communication abilities as well as being an effective listener
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Presents him/herself in a professional matter at all times
High sales aptitude, self-motivation, and willing to go the extra mile
What You Will Do
The Customer Success Manager is an inside sales role responsible for providing exceptional customer service while handling incoming sales calls, assisting clients in our branch and supporting our outside sales staff by following up on customer inquiries and processing orders. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Building rapport with customers while communicating inventory availability, processing orders for delivery and pickup, and using computer information systems
Assist clients on the phone, via email, and in the Branch
Assist Outside Sales Representatives with client orders, quoting and follow up.
Follow customer orders through to fulfillment; work with vendors; communicate expected delivery date; explain any deviations in service or delivery; manage delivery logistics
Develop and grow existing customer accounts by understanding customers' history and needs; educate customers about products; recommend appropriate products for projects; explain technical features
Stay current with industry and product advances
