We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager / to support our sales and client service operations. In this role, you will assist in managing existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the growth of long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn, with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture relationships with assigned client accounts, acting as a reliable point of contact
Understand client business needs and provide appropriate product or service recommendations
Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotes, proposals, and contract documents
Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, finance, production, R&D) to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
Monitor account performance and assist in generating reports, forecasts, and presentations for internal and client use
Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and support the development of new business leads
Address client issues or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction
Support senior managers in conducting account reviews and participating in customer visits
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field (e.g., Supply Chain, Operations Management).
3–7 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles (preferably in Automotive, Battery Industry)
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP, MES, and CRM systems is preferred.
Bilingual ability (Korean/English) is a plus
