Executive Recruiter

We are currently hiring an Executive Recruiter within our Risk Management/Corporate Investment Banking Team! This position focuses on Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) and Risk Management, working with commercial and investment banks, private credit firms, asset managers, fintechs, crypto and blockchain companies, and neobanks to connect top talent with key roles that drive business growth.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Source, engage and submit exceptional talent across all levels utilizing our extensive database, job boards, LinkedIn, and more

Facilitate the interview process and address any client/candidate concerns, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience

Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the entire process, offering support both before and after interviews

Conduct comprehensive reference checks

Lead negotiations on salary and terms, securing successful placements

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree is required

2-5 years of post-college experience (preferably with some exposure to the banking/finance industry and recruitment)

Sales experience is a plus

Must be internally motivated and driven to succeed

Strong sense of urgency and exceptional organizational skills
