About Mind-Sync:

Mind-Sync is an early-stage Gen AI/HealthTech startup transforming the untapped 90% of behavioral data in senior care EHRs—clinical notes, care team observations, and environmental context—into actionable insights for improving dementia care, advancing real-world evidence, and accelerating precision-based therapeutics.

The Role:

We're looking for a mission-driven Co-Founder to join our leadership team of two Founders ( a highly accomplished data scientist and software engineer along with a neuro research fellow).

PLEASE NOTE

Our additional Founder must have a deep knowledge of the Electronic Health Record (EHR/EMR) landscape, particularly within senior living, memory care, and hospice sectors.

You'll play a vital role in refining our go-to-market strategy, shaping technical integrations with EHR platforms, and building the B2B partnerships that unlock scalable data access.

You'll Thrive If You Have:

Executive or technical leadership experience with EHR/EMR companies (e.g., PointClickCare, MatrixCare, Netsmart, or similar)

A strong network of contacts in the senior care or behavioral health EHR space

Understanding of HL7/FHIR data standards and EHR APIs

Experience with data licensing, SaaS integrations, or AI/ML initiatives in healthcare

A passion for improving care for aging populations and advancing equity in brain health

What You'll Do:

Lead partnership development with EHR/EMR platforms

Guide product integrations and data strategy

Represent Mind-Sync in partner and investor conversations

Help shape fundraising and commercialization milestones

Ideal Background:

Former CTO, Head of Product, VP of Partnerships, or Founding Engineer with health tech or EHR companies. Open to entrepreneurs who've sold into or built platforms for the senior care space.
