JOB OVERVIEW:

Serve casual food and Beverages poolside to members and guests, in a fast paced environment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The Boar's Head Sports Pool

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Take guest orders using IG system and guest name.

Manage pick-up process and deliver orders poolside to guest

Complete basic surface level cleaning as well as other deep cleaning projects within the Bar, dining area and storage areas.

Complete opening/closing procedures such as picking up/dropping off money from the Front Desk at the Inn, counting drawer, opening IG and wiping down tables, countertops, etc.

Keep dining area stocked with condiments and snacks.

Remove trash on a daily basis.

Clean/mop within the service and Bar area.

Change soda syrups when needed.

Maintain and complete an inventory stock list at all times.

Handle money properly

Contribute to overall resort team effort by completing additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential:

Ability to multi-task.

Quick learner.

Ability to work well with others.

Ability to handle a fast paced environment.

At least 21 years old.

Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Polite, friendly demeanor.

Neat, clean appearance.

Willing to follow rules for sanitary food service.

Ability to work quickly and efficiently to provide prompt, effective service.

Desirable:

Previous Food & Beverage customer service experience.

Ability to operate Micros to enter orders and prepare checks.Requirements:
