Responsibilities:

Prepare aircraft surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking

Apply primer, paint, and coatings using spray guns and brushes

Ensure paint applications meet quality standards for smoothness, color accuracy, and thickness

Inspect finished surfaces and perform necessary touch-ups

Adhere to safety and environmental regulations for handling hazardous materials

Maintain painting tools and equipment in proper working condition

Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality expectations

Requirements:

Previous experience in aircraft painting or a related field preferred

Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and aviation materials

Strong attention to detail and task precision

Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures for hazardous materials

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications

Physically able to work in confined spaces and at heights
