Responsibilities:
Attend pre-scheduled appointments with homeowners.
Assess issues within the home and design the best solution for each customer.
Conduct inspections and prepare detailed proposals (including photographs, instructions, diagrams, pricing, and job worksheets).
Follow up with customers via phone and in-person visits as needed.
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
Requirements:
1+ years of outside sales or in-home consultation experience preferred.
Experience in home inspection, residential sales, or home improvement is a plus.
Construction knowledge is helpful but not required.
Must be comfortable entering crawlspaces under homes.
Strong listening, communication, closing, and follow-up skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
