Account Management
Performance management for your assigned accounts
Analyze business processes and requirements
Use data-based discoveries to drive sales activities
Create, communicate and monitor promotions and initiatives
Daily utilization of Salesforce, Tableau, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Prepare & update weekly & monthly reports, scorecards, analyze sales data and trends
Identify development needs to address for improved sales and KPI's
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and objectives.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on analysis progress.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement.
Share knowledge and best practices with team members to enhance overall capabilities.
SalesOps:
Overseeing salesOps processes. Reduce friction in the sales process. Support Agents, SalesTeam, and Sales reps
Overseeing the onboarding process
Adapt to changing work priorities and a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional attitudeRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Understand data trends
Ability to create and pull reports
Knowledge of statistical tools and business reporting
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and multitask
