Job Title: Retail Assistant

Hourly Pay: $19 - $25/hour

Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the store’s daily operations, help customers, and assist with product displays and inventory management. If you’re a detail-oriented, friendly individual with a passion for customer service, we’d love to have you as part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with product selection and answer any questions they may have

Help maintain the appearance of the store by organizing products and keeping shelves stocked

Handle product returns, exchanges, and inquiries with care and professionalism

Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store security

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times

Assist with inventory management, including stocking and checking product levels

Work with other team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service

Qualifications:

Prior experience in retail or customer service is helpful but not necessary

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash

Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling

A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn
