Machine Operator: Darien, Wisconsin

Our customer in Darien, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Machine Operators to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating slitting machines to cut and rewind large rolls of paper, plastic, fabric, and other materials into narrower rolls.

Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:

Set up machines and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality production

Monitor machines and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards

Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions when needed

Maintain production records

Machine Operator Requirements and Qualifications:

Ability to read and understand written instructions

Ability to set up, operate, and troubleshoot slitting machines

Ability to use basic math and measurement tools

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Pay for Machine Operator: Starting at $18-19/hour.
