Job Highlight

AB Facility Services is looking for a Floorcare Technician for a Commercial Building located in Downtown Miami, FL.

Responsibilities

Cleans building floors by sweeping, moping, carpet shampooing, scrubbing, stripping/waxing or vacuuming.

Operate floor machinery such as tenants, kaivac, low and high-speed scrubbers.

Prepares cleaning solutions to include mixing water and detergents in containers in a safe manner and in accordance with chemical specifications.

Lifts and carries cleaning equipment, cleaning trays and cases of supplies to service the area.

Loads supplies into vehicle and returns unused supplies to designated area.

Checks inventory to ensure there is an adequate supply of items needed to clean area.

Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.

Qualifications

Must be able to work legally in the United States

Experience: 5 + years of relevant experience.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must be able to pass background check. (No prior convictions no matter how long it has been)

MUST HAVE FLOOR TECH EXPERIENCE

Physical Demands/Requirements

Must be able to lift / carry / push / pull and move items of 70 pounds and/or more on a regular basis and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces.

Must be able to walk, climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop on a frequent basis and for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications Education

Experience: 5 + years of relevant experience.

High School diploma or GED.

MUST HAVE FLOOR TECH EXPERIENCE

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK LEGALLY

Bilingual (English, Spanish) preferred

Pay & Schedule

* $15.00 per hour/ bi-weekly pay

Monday Friday, 6 pm to 10 pm
