Machine Operators - Join Our Team!

Location: Solon, OH

Are you skilled with machinery and looking for a new opportunity? We need a Machine Operator to help us meet production goals by performing the following tasks:

Responsibilities:

Operate Machinery: Set up and run packaging equipment according to specifications.

Quality Checks: Inspect packages for accuracy and quality.

Coordinate: Work with mixers to ensure timely product packaging.

Problem-Solving: Address issues with inventory, machinery, and production schedules quickly.

Teamwork: Help, Supervise and train team members as needed.

Requirements:

Technical Skills: Strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic abilities. Good understanding of the metric system.

Physical Ability: Lift up to 100 lbs. overhead and handle packaging materials weighing up to 75 lbs.

Independent Worker: Capable of working with minimal supervision and handling priorities effectively.

Safety Focused: Follow all safety, food safety, and quality procedures.
