Job Description

Tool Room, $20/hr-South Bend, IN

Interested in working in a team-oriented, industrial environment? This company wants to hire you full-time! Temporary to direct hire opportunity!

Qualifications:

Perform tooling repairs on dies, fixtures, and any equipment that may need machine repaired

Assess die damage and/or wear and investigate repair alternatives

Troubleshoot problem dies, and processes

Use appropriate measuring gages as needed

Operate all tool room equipment

Participate in QS functioning about production

Other duties as assigned by the tool room supervisor

Skills:

Must be able to perform each of the essential duties satisfactorily

Individuals must be able to understand basic blueprint, including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing

Must have experience in operating all the equipment in the assigned area. This individual must have above-average written and oral communication skills

Ready for a day in the life of a Maintenance Lead; 1st shift position, working in the tool room, performing the necessary tasks while working with a team?
