Zwicker is presently seeking a Help Desk Specialist I to join our team in Hebron, Kentucky. Salary range for this role is $45,000-$48,000 per year.
Responsibilities include
Deploy new employee client machines and associated peripherals
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, including computer, printer, and networking issues, in a timely manner
Perform Active Directory user account administration
Maintain engineering and office printers
Maintain inventory of IT hardware and manage software licenses
Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
Walk customers through problem-solving process
Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers' expectations
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Windows 10 experience
Minimum two years working in a help desk/deskside support environment
Strong technical computer skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize work activities
Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Physical Qualifications
Be able to lift 25 pounds or greater
Be able to sit 90% of the work day at times
Be able to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed
Be able to read and comprehend position specific documents and correspondence
Be able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing
Be able to travel occasionally when needed by the most efficient means of transportation
Be able to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device
Be able to complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule
