Operations Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Operations Manager to support a FedEx Ground contractor with operations across multiple terminals in Savannah, GA and surrounding areas.

This role is ideal for a motivated, adaptable individual with strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a hands-on approach to operational problem-solving. You'll lead drivers, support terminal managers, and serve as a key liaison between terminal teams and ownership.

**This is not a typical Monday-Friday, 9-5 position. It will require flexibility, long-hour days during peak season (Nov-Dec), and occasional weekend work. That said, we also offer schedule flexibility when operations allow. **

Schedule & Benefits:

$67,600-$78,000 annually, depending on experience + Annual bonus potential for strong performance.

Travel required up to 1 week per month, heavier in Nov-Dec and lighter in summer

Personal vehicles travel preferred (fuel reimbursement), but company-paid flights are an option
