Job Title: Software Engineer

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid/On-site)

Base Compensation: $200,000 - $215,000 per year

Signing Bonus: $25,000

We are looking for an experienced and driven Software Engineer to join our growing team in San Francisco. You’ll be at the forefront of designing and building innovative, high-performance systems that impact millions of users. Develop scalable and maintainable software solutions across the stack

Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver new features and improvements

Contribute to architecture discussions and decisions

Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing

Maintain a high bar for code quality, testing, and performance

Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologiesQualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field

3+ years of professional software development experience

Proficient in at least one major language (e.g., Python, Java, TypeScript, C++)

Strong understanding of software engineering principles, algorithms, and data structures

Experience with modern frameworks, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)

Excellent problem-solving and communication skillsCompensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $200,000 - $215,000 per year
