DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Set out to make daily in-person sales calls to small and medium-sized businesses in your territory

Build strong professional relationships and establish trust and rapport with potential and current customers

Identify and cultivate professional contact with key decision makers at these businesses and schedule appointments to present our supplemental benefits programs to their employees and associates

Report daily sales stats at the end of each day

Create your own work schedule and goals with consistency

Collaborate with team leader on a weekly basis

Actively network in your territory to accumulate new leads and referrals

Actively Re-service your existing client accounts on a regular basis

Strong communication skills for interactions with decision makers and their staff

Ability to strategically plan

Desire to be face to face rather than sitting a desk

Obtain fluency in product knowledge

High level of customer service skills

Additional Position Qualifications:

Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain Health & Life producer license - licensing reimbursement offered)

Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience. Candidates within 6 months or less of degree completion are encouraged to apply.
