What You’ll Do:
Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with account personnel, Sales Representatives, and store teams to support day-to-day operations. Report issues promptly and ensure smooth communication.
Merchandise & Maintain: Organize back stock, replenish shelves, cold boxes, and displays, and ensure products are dust-free and neatly presented.
Build Eye-Catching Displays: Create product displays that adhere to company and supplier guidelines, driving brand visibility and engagement.
Support Monthly Programs: Partner with Sales Representatives and the chain division to execute and merchandise monthly chain programs with excellence.
Track & Report: Maintain and submit required reports accurately and on time.
Product Rotation: Ensure proper rotation of date-sensitive products to maintain product quality and freshness.
Flexibility in Tasks: Assist in display and shelf reset projects, run vacation routes, and support Sales Representatives with rebates and coupons in assigned accounts.
Training & Development: Participate in product training sessions and business meetings to stay ahead in the industry and be well-prepared for career advancement.

Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Tech-Savvy: Intermediate computer skills to manage reports, inventories, and communicate effectively.
Excellent Communication: Advanced verbal and written skills, with the ability to build relationships and solve problems both internally and with external accounts.
Customer Focused: A passion for providing top-notch customer service and ensuring account satisfaction.

Physical Stamina: This role is hands-on and involves heavy lifting, organizing, and physical activity, so you’ll need to be up for the challenge!
What We Expect from You:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years of merchandising experience is a plus, but not required.
Drive: Willingness to relocate to fill open sales routes as part of your career growth journey.
License & Record: A valid driver’s license, insurance, and a satisfactory driving record are required.
Physical Environment:
This role is physically demanding, and candidates must be able to complete a Post Offer Pre-Employment Physical (POPE) to ensure they’re up for the challenge. You’ll be moving, lifting, and organizing products in a fast-paced setting, keeping you active and engaged throughout the day.
