### Application Process
1. **Initial Application**: Submit personal statement, leadership experience, and vision for community impact
2. **Purpose Assessment**: Complete VoiceUp's proprietary purpose assessment
3. **Interview**: Virtual conversation with VoiceUp leadership team
4. **60-Day Idea Vetting**: Selected applicants enter a 60-day period to refine and validate their concept
5. **Program Placement**: Based on the vetting process, participants are matched with the appropriate program length and participation pathway
