Mosaic is looking for driven salespeople who have a passion for solution selling telecom/broadband solutions to businesses. This role will be a full time outside sales position focused on selling AT&T products including up to 5Gbps Fiber Internet, VoIP, and AT&T Mobility. Enjoy the perfect blend of qualified leads provided directly from AT&T along with your own freedom to prospect, network, and work referrals within your community. You will own the relationship with your clients from initial conversation all the way through installation and post-installation satisfaction check. Enjoy the security of base pay along with an aggressive and uncapped bi-weekly commission plan with volume incentives. You will also enjoy a massive 50% discount on your own personal AT&T bill!
This role will be a full time outside sales representative focused on selling AT&T products to small businesses (Fiber, VoIP, Mobility, Etc). There will be a varying amount of leads provided on a monthly cadence, with the remainder of the reps time to be spent prospecting, cold calling, and visiting businesses inquiring about internet and mobility needs. Rep will be responsible for listening to clients needs, solution building, checking customer satisfaction post-installation, and asking for referrals post sale.
$15/hour with uncapped commission with target earnings over 100k - bi-weekly commission payouts

Qualifications
Minimum Education Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Experience Requirement:
3-5 years of outside sales and retail experience.

Prospecting and maintaining a funnel of sales opportunities
Telecom/Broadband (fiber broadband, copper-line broadband, wireless mobility, VoIP)
