The Data and Technology Assistant is a part-time, casual position, without benefits, starting at $20/hour - commensurate with experience. Summary of Responsibilities:
Assist with hardware setup and deployment of two new systems (Atrium and Agilisys)
Maintain records of insurance and business contracts for all Dining Services vendors
Vendor and contract data collection
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual invoice reconciliation
Print and reconcile all first-year student ID's
Develop master vendor contact list
Provide troubleshooting support for department hardware and software
Qualifications:
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role
Proven experience with various hardware and software products
Attention to detail and ability to maintain flawless accuracy in data entry
Proficiency in managing multiple tasks effectively and maintaining a well-structured workflow
Proficient in using computer software and applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Strict adherence to confidentiality and privacy policies
Successful completion of required reference and background checks
