Marketing Manager
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will be a highly organized, creative, and strategic thinker responsible for driving execution across key marketing initiatives. This role acts as a central hub for project coordination, creative asset development, marketing strategy, and vendor management, ensuring that all aspects of the department function cohesively and efficiently. The ideal candidate brings a well-rounded marketing background, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about building systems that scale. This is a hybrid position and must be in the office 3 days a week.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5 + years of experience in a generalist marketing role with demonstrated success across strategy, execution, and design
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and full coverage auto insurance
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
What you'll be doing
• Lead day-to-day project coordination and workflow management across the marketing team to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are aligned across stakeholders.
• Own brand design and visual asset development, ensuring all external-facing content meets brand standards and is up to date.
• Collaborate with sales, internal departments and leadership to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, holding them accountable to performance metrics and deadlines.
• Develop, track, and report on marketing performance metrics to inform ongoing optimization.
• Oversee and execute the company's social media strategy, including content planning, publishing, engagement, and analytics.
• Oversee and measure the company's digital footprint, including SEO, listing management, and reviews.
• Execute marketing operations processes (e.g., intake forms, asset request workflows, metric dashboards).
• Organize and maintain marketing file structures, removing outdated materials and improving system efficiency.
• Support marketing strategy and logistics for industry conferences, webinars, and internal events.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work within and communicate effectively marketing tactics to many different skill sets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, InDesign).
Experience managing social media platforms and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Hubspot).
Strong project management and organizational skills; experience with tools like Trello or Monday.com a plus.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage external vendor relationships.
Results-driven mindset with a strong understanding of how to measure marketing effectiveness.
Experience supporting or managing event marketing a plus.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work on and complete multiple concurrent tasks on time
Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to clarify issues, understand the bigger picture, exhibit resilience, and ability to consider all options identify solutions, and measure performance against goals
Strong team-player; willingness to assist team members with tasks; builds good working relationships with team members
