Assistant Civil Project Manager

Oxford Solutions has a local client seeking an Assistant Civil Project Manager with a strong background in erosion and sedimentation (E&S), stormwater management, and site development design. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse land development and infrastructure projects while collaborating with experienced engineers in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Essential Functions

Support project management and civil design for site development projects

Prepare and review E&S and stormwater management plans and reports

Create site layouts, grading plans, and utility designs using Civil 3D

Perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling using HydroCAD and Storm Sewers

Coordinate with municipalities and review agencies for project approvals

Assist in mentoring junior staff and reviewing design calculations Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil Engineering

PE license preferred; will consider EITs close to obtaining PE or scheduled for exam

5 to 8 years of relevant civil/site engineering experience

Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and Storm Sewers software

Solid understanding of local and state stormwater and E&S regulations
