By integrating compliance and maintenance automation, we enable PMCs to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure regulatory adherence. As we scale, we're building a marketing team focused on demand generation, revenue acceleration, and customer success.
We're hiring a Content Marketing Manager to lead our content marketing efforts and own the marketing deliverables tied to strategic industry events.
You'll be responsible for developing and managing high-impact content blogs, social campaigns, email nurture sequences, and more-while also ensuring we show up at events with compelling, on-brand marketing assets like sponsorship ads, sales enablement materials, and pre/post event email campaigns.
Responsibilities
Content Marketing (70%)
Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with our SEO strategy and campaign priorities.
Write and edit a range of content: blog posts, social posts, email copy, sales collateral, and more.
Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and customer success to turn insights into impactful content. Event Marketing Support (30%)
Lead content and creative deliverables for industry and partner events.
Create content related to event materials: sponsorship ads, brochures, one-pagers, digital assets, etc.
Develop pre- and post-event nurture campaigns.
Collaborate with Sales to align messaging and follow-up materials with event goals.
Track performance of event campaigns and optimize based on lead quality and engagement. What We're Looking For
3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or PropTech
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong grasp of voice and tone
Proven ability to manage multiple content projects and deliverables simultaneously
Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred) and CMS platforms
Familiarity with SEO best practices and campaign performance metrics
