Payroll HR Administrator

Schedule: 8am - 5pm

Pay: $26/hr.

Essential functions:

Administer weekly payroll, prepare reports, handle wage garnishments, and distribute paychecks.

Assist with recruiting non-exempt personnel and temporary employees, including writing and placing job ads.

Administer safety, health, welfare plans, and retirement plans; conduct new hire orientations.

Reconcile monthly insurance billings, resolve discrepancies, and process benefit election changes in the HRIS system.

Coordinate and organize training sessions; assist with final paperwork for terminations.

Serve as lead on the safety committee and coordinate meetings to address safety concerns.

Support VP of HR with various projects and collaborate with HR Supervisor to manage personnel requisitions. Qualified candidates will have 2-3 years of HR experience.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
