The Web Analyst intern will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing website performance data, providing insights into omnichannel marketing efforts, and supporting ongoing landing page optimization.\n \n Where you will work:\n\nThis opportunity offers the flexibility to work on a hybrid schedule, with one day per week in the Falls Church, VA office.\n\n \n A Day in the Life of the Web Analyst Intern:\n\nAssist in the development and placement of A/B tests on the website using Winfigy to optimize user experience and website performance.\nMonitor and analyze results to identify successful strategies and areas for further optimization.\nReview Hotjar reporting and provide insights into user behavior to help guide UX improvements.\nPerform competitive UX analysis and create light reports on testing areas and potential opportunities for improvement.\nAudit the landing page universe and identify areas for optimization to improve conversion rates.\nUtilize CMS skills to support the execution of landing page improvement.\nReview and analyze data from GA4 and GSC to provide insights to omnichannel efforts.\nDevelop custom views and dashboards in GA4 and integrate GA4 data into Tableau for comprehensive reporting.\nAssist with reporting and data analysis using Sprout and Eloqua.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n \n What You Bring to the Table:\n\nFamiliarity with content management systems (CMS), basic HTML, GA4, Hotjar, Wordpress, and Google Web tools is a plus.\nUnderstanding of scientific method and devising tests.\nStrong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.\nProficiency in MS Office applications and Google Suite.\nAbility to work effectively under pressure and in time-sensitive situations; aptitude to coordinate multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nKnowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau is a plus.\n\n \n Education:\n\nMust be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Media, Business, Statistics, Analytics, or related field.\n\n \n Compensation:\n The base compensation for this position is $20.00 per hour.
